We do our utmost for you as a customer. This means that you can easily contact us. If you have any questions about any of this, you can reach us using the following information:
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. For the costs, consult the website of the postal delivery service for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Aisiacreations.nl/com with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at email@example.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.
Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for this. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product.
Pay attention!! Personalized Products cannot be returned.
Delivery time and shipping costs
We make every effort to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

Delivery takes place via the postman or parcel deliverer of Post.nl. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Warranty and complaints
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable term is in any case two months. Under certain circumstances, a term of more than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange a free repair or replacement.
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing email@example.com
